Wow, really? I mean, in CK2 inbreding creates bad children? :O
Yeah, there's an inbred trait and DNA mechanics (be careful of marrying into the same family repeatedly!). It's a very bad trait, haha.
If the game's been running for a while type "inbred" into the character finder, there's probably someone with it.
And Zoarostrians actually PREFER direct family, the closer the better (though they also have a hidden bonus that massively reduces the chance of the inbred trait being acquired but becoming a lunatic is substantially higher).
So does the Nestorian Messalian heresy. I've never made that heresy work as it seems unstable without any holy sites, but it's out there for the twisted players. :)
