Another Question annoy church/city county to Castle.
Well. i has alaways been wondering. If a county head District is a Chruch or City how do I change it's Top District to a Castle? The only way i found is ever taken it over with a holy war.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Yes there's a way. Make sure you own said County then either build a castle under the top holding or revoke a castle from a Baron. Top holding will automatically switch.

I already have a castle in that county. But it seems this county is still held by the biship instead of the duke.

Revoke the county and the capital/top holding will change over to the Castle you own.

This will only work if you own the Castle under the Church. If not, you can revoke the County and then give it to the Baron that owns the Castle. Both have basically the same outcome.

Tyranny fades over time. You can always wait until your ruler is old and well loved (high "Long Reign" bonus). Even better if he dies shortly afterwards, as the tyranny won't pass on to the heir.
