Assuming you have a Paradox account http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?690552-Additional-Objectives-2.0-Brand-New-Ambitions-and-Plots although from the looks of it, it hasn't been updated in a while.

ahh, might not work with the newest version then....ok, well maybe someone will update it at some point and put it on steam

I just tried it out, ran it a game for two years and from the looks of it ran fine so if you really want it no harm in trying out, worst case you can just disable it if it causes ctd's.
