Is there a Font Mod for CK2 similiar to the one for EU IV?

Is there a font mod for CK2 similar to the one for EU IV? My vision is very poor. The fonts on CK2 are very difficult for me to view, and I have to use reading glasses close to the monitor.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Also make sure you have your graphic card's texture filtering set to at least "Quality" (that's what it's called for Nvidia, at least). This affects how clearly fonts are rendered for this game.
