What happens if the papal states lose all there land

Also , if someone gives him bishoprics he will move there..For ex I gave him a bishopric in my realm and he moved here

Only the Popes with a claim to Rom/Rome will do this and even then only if they think they can afford the mercs. Otherwise, they just stomp around their Papal apartments screaming "I AM THE POPE!" to a world who doesn't give a damn.

The Papacy is a titular title so it does not need land to exist. There will still be a pope, he will simply be unlanded.

the POPE is always around landed or not as he is a landless char. meaning he will be there even if he lost Rome to the other POPE of different religion. he will be replaced if anti-POPE wins a war for his title.
