[REQ] Customizable Keyboard Assignments

I wonder if a future update would be able to implement the ability to customize the key bindings. I'm right handed and would much rather prefer using the arrow keys rather than WASD. I gather lots of people have controllers, but ALL PCs have keyboards and I' hoping the devs pay a wee bit more attention to this aspect.

i don't know how they made a pc game without the option to personalise your keyboard keys, i don't try a joystick yet but is ridiculous

Baffled at how it's excluded. Personally I don't like the setup where W is accelerate and S is break, I'd have to move my middle finger off the gas to break - disadvantage right there.

Add in the option to rebind controls asap.

I did the same on their Facebook page as well. Tried rebinding keys. Worked in apps within Windows, but not within the game. Also found an XML file that deals with key bindings, but it's not readable (binary format), so didn't try and mess with that.

I'm not massively bothered, I can still play the game with the current bindings and any controller I'd buy would be the Xbox 360 controller, but I'd definitely prefer it

Oh I just submitted a post a while ago asking about this. How is it in 2012 that a game does NOT come with any customizable controls??!?!? And yet this company has the guts to charge $45 for this MarioKart clone? Sorry, but that's COMPLETELY unacceptable!

How about this? Add customizable controls & drop the price to $19.99. Then MAYBE I MIGHT get this game. But for now, I'll stick with TrackMania United Forever which is the best racing game I've ever played.

does anyone know if this game will ever have custom keyboard options or custom controller options ? i would like to change the buttons and keys to how i like them
