the actual developer gave up on fortune summoners and the gaming industry long ago
he does have a website though, lizsoft.jp or something but i surmise he doesnt have the ability to speak english and probably ignores the emails he receives anyway seeing how the website has stagnated
the forums are more reliable than these two
I am aware of that, but this doesnt excuse them from offering proper support for a product they are still selling.
I'm just responding to this for those that have this very mindset.
All Carpe Fulgur does is localize games. That's it. Bug fixes typically don't happen. Essentially, what you would call "proper support" isn't going to happen.
They are the publisher. That alone gives them such responsibility.
