Carpe Fulgur's Video Policy?

I can't really find any information on Carpe Fulgur's video policy for let's plays on Youtube. I found a tweet by them that might mean they're okay with it, but it's not directly from them - rather, a retweet of an allowance by Gaijin Games for open video usage of their games: https://twitter.com/GaijinGames/status/421424313946759168

"I did indeed just do so." Unfortunately, whatever he was replying to has fallen off of Twitter not to be found. Based on when it was stated, I can only assume he was responding to a question asking if he'd allowed similar usage of Carpe Fulgur games as well. Obviously, since it's so ambiguous as to whether that was indeed the question, I don't want to outright assume it to be the case. Clarification on this would be epic!

I dont see why CF would forbid any lets play's, not to mention there gameplay of their game floating around on youtube.
