Carpe Fulgur LLC is gone away?

Ok, I like all games edited by Carpe Fulgur LLC (meaning: Chantelise, Recettear and now this Fortune Summoners), but it seems they don't work anymore on new game... Or I'm wrong? Perhaps their enterprise closed?? Don't hope so! Anyone can light me up on this situation?

Also, EasyGameStation (the dev of Recettear and Chantelise) has said that they want Carpe Fulgur to localize their upcoming game Territoire...when EGS is done with it, of course. It's not even finished.

SpaceDrake (one of the members of CF) has also suggested that they might also localize Okkotos, another EGS game.

It was? that's their only game i don't own because it looks too half made, but i might be wrong, am i?

Chantelise was made by EGS before Recettear, which may be why it looks less polished. It's a pretty good (if relatively simple) action RPG, but make sure you use a controller if you can. Trying to control the camera with only the keyboard during tough fights is one of the worst experiences I've had in an RPG in recent memory.
