Tomb Raider made a great impression on me. So i would like to tell you, why:
+ This is the first game, where i watched the titles from the very beginning till the end. It was good to see the team's photos there.
+ Good graphics, it is well detailed. I wish i could play it on maximum settings, but my notebook is unable to do that (oh pain...).
+ The best storyline i've ever seen. This game is a good continuation of "Tomb Raider" series. I liked it.
+ A lot of interesting information about medieval Japan, and then - about Japan of 40th years, which is shown in its hoppers and weaponry.
+ A good opportunity for a harsh world exploration. You can easily miss a book or a subterranean, but it can be fixed by Lara's ability of world scrutiny. Never the less, you'll have to make afforts to find something.
+ Pretty good music set, i enjoyed it. It depicts critical moments and makes you relax, when there are no enemies around you.
+ Strong characters. Each has its role, each one shows his or her own attitude towards the problem of their survival. Each one is led by some emotions or by comprehended aims and wills.
Maybe i've missed something while listing all the pluses, but never the less - these pluses are the main. Of cause, there are some minuses. They are:
- At the beginning of the game Lara is wounded, rather seriously into her hip. I wonder how she managed not to catch an infection. I suppose she would have had pyrexia just some hours after that case in a cave. And then... bullets, falls, durty sumps and swamps, dozens of men - and no one is able to stop her.
- Game physics sometimes is rather interesting (so sometimes i managed to fly, but that was too rare to be taken into account).
- Some game puzzles made me angry, 'cause they were so easy to be done, but you need some time to get their idea.
Buy this game, play this game, have a good time!
