Game won't open
When I try to open Tomb Raider up, it says "Tomb Raider has stopped working", I have tried to verify the integrity files, but thats doesn't help. I contacted Square Enix but they haven't replied in days... Any suggestions?

This has nothing to do with specs, my Computer runs GTA4 and other games smoothly, I have tried many ways to fix the game, but it just won't launch, I keep getting errors!

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one having this problem! I've tried everything they suggested on their website but nothing's working. :\

Startup crashes/crashes with "application stopped working" message usually give an error code. Error code you should be able to find in "action center" in control panel of your windows operating system.

Find error code, paste it into google and apply found solution/s.

In many cases "application stopped working" window includes error code but not always.

I'm not getting an error code and my action center isn't offering any help either. :\

sooo... you guys need to be listing your hardware and OS so that we can find a patern for the issue.

TRY: up2date drivers
TRY: old drivers
TRY: updating your OS(this is a big deal that people often forget to do)
TRY: Disabling fraps/lcore or any other monitoring software
TRY: MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT PART OF A STEAM BETA CLIENT**
TRY: Giving us more info

I have this game running on two totally different machines. One is all intel/nv the other is all amd/amd

Both are 100% up2date, and are also miles apart in system performance.

it's basically impossible to diagnose a common problem without system information. The problem is almost always end user. BUT NOT ALWAYS. See: Metro Last Light.
