Will this game feature controller support?

I'm contemplating getting this game for PC or Xbox. I would like to use my 360 controller to play it on the computer so I can get it for this price and have it on Steam. But I don't know if it will support the use of a controller. Anybody know for sure? Thanks

well idk if there will be a control suppot cause its not showing in the store all i see is achievements multiplayer and singleplayer but they might add it

That's what I was wondering, if they may add it when it's released. But then once it's released the 10% sale will be gone, won't it?

Isnt there a program that can map the keys from the controller like on the ps3 controller ? i might use the ps3 controller myself, but since there is aiming involved i dount i'll last more then a few min before i rage and jump back on the mouse.

Any game can be played with a controller on PC. Xpadder for general, joyinmotion for ps3, and x360ce for any non 360 controller.

Yes. There is no way this game will not support an Xbox 360 controller. It was ported by Nixxes and is a Square Enix game; all of Square Enix's recent PC games have supported it.

underworld had full xbox 360 controller support as well.

they mentioned in the FAQ (it's 2 years old mind you) that they intended to. now what i want to know is if it will have native 360 controller support... hated loading up AC2 to find the triggers didn't work like they did on my friends consol

For a game like this, on PC, they'd be crazy not having controller support, as a lot of people prefer to play third person games with a controller rather than a keyboard and mouse.

Yes. Nixxes is a proven developer for PC ports. They were the ones who did Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Hitman: Absolution.

i cannot get either xbox controloler or steam controller to work in any usable way on the tomb raider series ! very annoying because thats why i bought a steam controler ! it lives in a box at the back of a cupboard now with all my other bits of junk
