100%?
No, seriously, first time was focussed on story with around 90%

thats really amazing I played it on hard mode and finished with 66 %. I didn't played one the optional cave.

Thats what I'm doing to aswell Grim, I haven't even completed it too lol. Taking my sweet time on my first play through because I don't see myself coming back for another replay anytime soon - as seeing my self replaying it in the next 6 monthish after completing it. Soo might aswell explore every bit of it now.

I played through second time right after I completed it for the first time. Again with 100%, although I didn't get last two upgrades for my shotgun.

82% will continue to get 100% but multiplayer achievments will take soem time to complete.

I finished the game around 68% then i went back to do everything else. The problem is i have done every challenge and collected everything but on my continue file says 97% why is that?

There's a challenge in Bunker Cliffside or whatever it's called, called Previous inhabitants. That might be the issue. You can't fast travel to that location, you have to pass through Shipwreck Beach.

Yup i just found it and finished it :)
