Stuck on 99% complete

So i have finished the game and it says i completed with a 99% rating. However I cannot figure out what I am missing for the 100%. I have all documents and also all items found and all weapons upgraded and all skills unlocked. each of these is at 100% BUT i do have 1 skill point left over that I cannot spend since I already have 100% of all skills unlocked. I also have a little over 1000 salvage left but I have 100% upgrades on all weapons.

SO is there a bug that wont let you get 100% completion of the game or is there some super secret thing I am missing?

There is one location you cannot fast travel to, that contains collectibles, It's the Shipwreck bunker i think it's called, you have to walk there from the beach, i was stuck at 99% aswell, untill i went there

ok thanks ill check it out. so the collectibles from there dont show on the list and you can get the achievement for collecting all items without going here?

I checked your stats, and according to the achievement list, you're missing the challenge achievements. So there's an area for which you haven't finished a challenge

how do i see the challenge list? or is there a way to see that in game?

The challenges are shown the same place as GPS caches, Relics etc are showed, The challenges are the ones at the bottom of each list of areas, they have different names like Egg Poacher, Laid to rest etc

well then my game is bugged cause it says i have everything in each area but i didnt get the achievement oh well got screwed out of this 100% i guess

I think i know what is going on, last week when playing my Internet went out for like a day and a half and I wasnt online when i went back and got some of the items I had missed the first time around. I think this has caused a glitch and I didnt get the achievement even though I have all required items and actions completed. oh well i will consider myself to have 100% even though it says i do not. I doubt there is anyway to overcome this beyond a whole new game which im not going to do for just 1% missing completion rating.

I think Dellevis is right. I was stuck at 99% because I needed to get the last of the challenge done in the one area you can't fast travel too. The only way to get to the bunker is from Shipwreck Beach. I think the challenge is called "Previous Inhabitants". Also, if you sit down at a camp, go into the fast travel menu, and and look through all the camps, that will tell you if you've missed anything else from any of the other camp challenges.

yea thats what i have done looking at the fast travel thing and all camps it says i am 100% on each one. and i remember backtracking specifically to get the items i didnt get the first time. im pretty sure it isnt working cause of the offline playtime

But what everyone else is saying in this thread is that when you look at the fast travel/camp menu is that the bunker DOESN'T show as it CANNOT be fast travelled to. You need to go in-game and open the map screen and hover over the bunker area.

EDIT, bingo bango you are correct guys. thanks Synite for pointing it out to me so my thick head can finally get it lol. it says i am at 94% in that area so i am going back and will complete it.
I bet they did that on purpose just to drive me mad ! LOL

Great! You solve the problem. Mine was that I was stuck at 98% and I could't unlock gallery 18 from Concept art option. But for me, I'm pretty sure I got everything because I didn't want to finish the game without having everything first. Almost at the end of the game, it says that from that point you can't fast travel. I checked everything and I was okay to go. I even checked from time to time after that point when you can't fast travel to see if the new map contained anything to do. Well...it didn't so I continued to the end. After I finished the game it said I only completed 98%. I already started a new game to see if the same thing happens again.

GOT IT . finally 100% complete YESSSS. thanks for the tips everyone. gotta admit i was missing a single banner to burn in the area yo ucant fast travel to, and it was a hard one to find as well.

For me it didnt solve the problem, im at everyting 100% but game says me im 98%. I dont know what is missing. Tried that with the bunker too.

try mousing over the map in the certain areas and see what it says when you do that. even areas the list says u have. its worth a shot
