100% complete?

What is classed as a 100% complete game. Is it the story or all collectables etc too?. I am on my 2nd play threw as the 1st i deleted it and started again and on 52% complete so have i still half the story to go or is this classed as collectables too?.

For 100%, you must finish the main story, collect all relics, documents, and caches, fully upgrade all skills and weapons, complete all challenges, and do all the optional tombs. Your map will show where everything is or you can use the link the other person commented.
