Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
Go get it, it's cheap, it's fun and it's full of puzzles. Oh and it has co-op/multiplayer support.
I honestly think Tomb Raider (2013) is a great game and I'm loving the direction Tomb Raider franchise is headed. It was about time, we finally got a proper combat system.
You can't really expect it to be like the other Tomb Raider games though, since this one is from a different developer
If they had released an Underworld 2, then they would have played safe and probably took another step to become an EA-like company (let's face it we all agree on that :) )
But your point is also true that they definitely looked at what other successful titles were doing, before they created Tomb Raider.
Haters 2 THE LEFT
lol what? dumbed down, really? I can't even begin to think about touching those games without wanting to kill someone over the 'million button UI' and hotkeys that you'll remember only if you play the games over 10 hours a day. This game is dumbed down, clearly. It's a good game, I'm not saying it isn't but anyone can play it... it's mechanics are simple enough for the whiney mainstream to enjoy without any consequence if they do something wrong in it. Very long story short, you are using 'dumbed down' in the wrong context, or maybe I am??? ♥♥♥♥ who cares.
