Bind Language?

I live in Poland and bought BO2 at a local store. I have 2 languages ​​to choose Polish and English, when you change the language to English pops additional console and the game is dont work. This is some kind region security or only me? I want English perks and interface to YouTube videos :/ maybe there is some patch or other ways?

I found at solution. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\sound
And change all the files with .polish. or .russian. to .english. instead, theres a lot of files to change... but it works.

Just got mine working after a few hours of trying alot of things...

And ofcourse have the english language pack under "zone" and change the localization files to english in the top of the document.

Polish retail copies ONLY HAVE POLISH. This is NOT a mistake. It will NOT be fixed.

And modifying the files as advised will lead to a ban modified files get flagged as cheats.
