Lag fix for Intel users.
I was peruzing steam forums regarding lag fixes. Found one fix that worked well for me, if you are using intel processor with multiple cores then simply disable Hyperthreadeing in BIOS. This completely resolved all lag issues i was having. Good luck!

I'm not so sure. I have an i7 and I am not going to mess around with the pc bios. Also, don't need to, I have no lag issues. You sure your problem is hyperthreading?

This is true. I reported this to @pcdev a LONG time ago. If you are using Win7 32bit and set your frame rate to 120 or Unlimited the game has parkinsons disease. Turn off HyperThreading and it's all good.

HyperThreading is useless anyways.

press delete or whatever button you need to upon boot up to go into system bios arrow down to chipset features and look for hyperthreading. Disable or turn off. It's not just for i5's or i7's i believe hyperthreading is on all dual core/quad core intel chips made in last 8 years or so.

Hyperthreading is useful and has nothing to do with gaming performance at all.
