yes and its dying. online is reduced to nearly nothing!! might be best to stay away from this game
plus activision ceo said they won't drop the price until the game reaches 8 years old so you got a very very long wait!!

I'm not sure about the 8 years, because every CoD since 2005 has had it's priced SEVERELY dropped after 4 years. Like Black Ops 1, turned 4 this October. It is now 40 dollars and/or less than that at some game retailers. If you want it new and cheap, youll have to wait till 2016. But 4 years or 8, its still a long wait.
