Here's how I fixed mine. It'#s not an elegant solution and probably not the simplest solution but it's what I did, and it worked.

I asked a friend to install Scoregsam on his PC and then using the keyboard arrows navigated to the video resolutions tab and changed the sttings to their lowest.

Each press of an arrow key or enter button was written in a notebook which I then bought home.
Booted Scoregasm and used the notes to recreate the trip to the video settings. It took two attempts but it worked.

Stop laughing! I know, it's a clunky fix :)

Hope this helps.

On Windows 7, navigate to C:\Users\%YOUR_ACCOUNT_NAME%\AppData\Roaming\Scoregasm and delete BC3D.dtb (or just BC3D if you don't have extensions enabled). Start Scoregasm and it will re-create the file and start up in windowed mode again.

Edit: You will lose your progress if you do this.

Anybody know how to get the game to fill up the entire screen? I've adjusted every single resolution setting, hit maximize, etc.. and inevitably, I ended up deleting the BC3D file to reset the resolution so I can start all over again.

The game displays fine.. but it does NOT fill up the entire screen.. and anytime I adjust any setting or hit maximize there is lots of stuff not fitting on the screen, etc...

Any ideas? I've NEVER had this resolution problem before with any other steam game.

I think the fill up the whole screen thing is related to driver settings rather than the game itself. You may have some luck adjusting some of the screen scaling/virtual resolution stuff in your driver control panel.
