What is the 7th ending? (with the £5 note award)

I've completed all final levels of Scoregasm on classic and expert modes, getting the 6 biscuits at the end. But there supposedly is a 7th ending. Does anyone know how to get to it?

I *think* you have to have the other 6 endings, then finish the finale level in expert mode without dying. I say think because i can't quite remember, and i've not got the source to hand at the minute to double check.
