still can't connect to the servers

so what's wrong with it? a friend can connect without any issues and I do try since 3 days and can't even create an account - connection failed - again and again - reinstalled the game 3 times, the error doesn't change - so whats wrong with that damn servers! That's ******* frustrating!

My spontaneous reaction is that you might have a firewall/router causing problems. I am trying to get some sort of information/tool out there that could help identify exactly where the connection issue appears.

I am starting to lose my patience here... I havent been able to play since release because of this connection error, and we havent had any word from the devs.. So please tell my why is this not being addressed?

We did some updates to the servers so hopefully it will work a lot better now. Please let us know if there is still problems.
