Starting the game, titlescreen. new game: Freezes at loading
I've bought the game:"sleeping dogs" yesterday (18-10-2012). and i wanted to play it badly, but then when i started the game i had no lagging at all it just went smoothly i got into the title/mainscreen but, just to be sure i set the graphics to lowest possible. then i started a new game, it loaded for 4 seconds then it froze up and if i try to do ctrl+alt+delete to go to the "progress closer thingy" it takes 3 minutes...

please help me to fix this problem
i really want to play this game

from post I have read ( I too am having the same issue) if you wait 10 to 15 min the game or benchmarking will load and then there are no issues with loading up...that is until you restart the game...waiting 10 to 15 min does work for me, but its still ♥♥♥♥♥♥!t and apparently from their forums you can see they know about the issue and are supposedly working on it -

Just wait for about 10 minutes. The loading screen should "unfreeze" then.

i already said in another discussion, i left it open for one WHOLE hour. and nothing happened

just getting back into PC gaming, I was freezing at loading screen for about a week, thought I had downloaded correct AMD drivers and pc was not reading them correctly, found out that I had to bypass digitally signed drivers by pressing F8 during pc start up and disabling them, Sleeping dogs now works :D, if this helps just one person then its worth my posting this
