Do the DLC go on sale?

I'm wondering if I should either pick up the dlc for the original version or just go with the definitive edition.

Can only obtain from a third party site. Steam no longer sells this version of the game or its DLC.

I had this game without any DLC, got the difinitive edition seperately and it says I now have all the DLC for this game as well as it coming in the difinitive edition.

I cant buy the DLCs because it needs the game without definitive edition... i have definitive edition and i want to buy some DLCs cannot .. :( What do i do ??
