the headiing sums it up, do not buy this title unless you are willing to part with money for a title that is unplayable. its terrible Memory leaks and lack of fixes pretty much relegates this pretender to the trash pile,

Thank God its better then Sim City 4, and has no requiremnts to be online all the time

this is true, Also i should Clarify that with some mods and tweaks from the Games great Community the game is very playable and enjoyable. Its just annoying that it takes The games Community to fix problems that the devs should have.

Simcity 4 is the game EA gave away to appease the angry mob of customers who were slightly unhappy when it turned out that (due to its always online nature) Simcity didn't work for, like, the first month. It's actually quite decent.
