BLACK SCREEN ON STARTUP (PERMANENT UNTIL COLD SHUTDOWN)

This problem is happening with multiple games including Dirt3, Dirt Showdown, GTA vice city, GTA 3. When ever I start up the game the logo appears and then disappears as it should but then a few seconds later my screen goes black. I can still hear sound from the game it self but I can't see anything. I've tried ctrl+alt+del but my screen is still black. The only way for me to get rid of the black screen is to manually reset my laptop by holding in the power button. My specs are:
CPU= AMD A10-4600M
GPU= RADEON HD 7660G
WINDOWS 7 64bit
8GB ram

Can anyone please help me? :(

I fixed it with some of the games, its something to do with fullscreen mode, they only play properly in windowed mode for some reason :/
