If you can't get it to work, this game seems perfect for joytokey or xpadder.

If you can't get it to work on non-360 controllers, try the X360ce program. It worked on my old Logitech Rumblepad 2 on many games.

The controls are very simples. The game uses just a few buttons...

Why do n00bs say things like this? What do they gain? Don't they realise that strong people will always resist any and all nonsense whereas weak people won't?

If you refuse to spend that much on a controller "outside" of XBox, then you better be prepared to have no controller support at all.

You don't "have" to have an XBox controller, but some of the best Logitech controllers, that may or may not cost as much, have the widest support in all games. Paying 70 bucks for a decent controller that is not a Microsoft product controller, is not entirely out of the question; as most controllers are recognised "as" an XBox controller by default, out of the box

You get what you pay for.
