Can't activate Chains of Eternity
So I bought the xpac through Steam (as I did the last two) and I don't see any way to get the activation key.

Anyone know where to find it?

I bought it as well and searched everywhere online to even find info on it. Apparently we aren't the only ones who are having this problem. I sent a ticket into steam asking them to help out since Sony is unable to do anything about it. So its a waiting game, which angers me slightly since i should've bought it from Sony's website :(... oh well.. I recommend you send a ticket in too as soon as possible and save the email reciept you got for buying the game. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
I sent in a ticket on Thursday and have followed up many times with no response as of yet.
same problem here ! a opend a support ticket :( no results until now

Yeah, I got a respnse that basically said, "We got your ticket and will let you know if we find anything".

I'd rather they just refund the money, 4-day weekend and I couldn't advance any of my toons.
I'm having same problem CoE xpac shows in my steam account as owning it but never recieved any activation key to apply to any of my 3 SOE accounts. When i try to log into game through Steam all i get access to is the standard game. Thanks for taking my money and not giving me access to what I purchased. BIG FAIL !
They won't respond to my request for a refund either.
it looks to me lke they are stealing peoples money and not giving a rats ass that they are ripping customers off. I have the exact same issues fritosteve and the fact my cd Key doesnt work either, and if they do not comply within a timely manner they can be sued and not only pay back the money they recieved but also wind up having to pay steep fines and all the court costs, you can probably call the card company you have or your banks and file a fraud report against them for your money back. Leilanilad from what you just said about the response they gave you sounds to me like they are jacking you around, and stalling, cause they dont want to pay back the money they owe you if you dont get the item you paid for then you are by law entitled to your money back.
I entered a dispute with Paypal. Maybe Paypal contacting them will get them to pay attention to my requests for a refund.
If i dont get a response soon im filing a fraud charge back on them from my credit card and also reporting to the better business bureau. I already sent a massive Email to SOE Customer Support about why they would do business with a company that is basically robbing there loyal customer base. BIG FAIL !
Finally a response from SOE and what do they ask for............wait for it...........give us your activation key that Steam sent you. ROFL what key did you not even read the email i sent blah blah blah....vomit

Yes indeed. Uninstalling Steam, then reinstalling (in my case) 265 GB OF DATA fixes their problem.

I never, honestly, EVER thought I would say this...

...but Steam sucks.
Really i dont even think about to reinstall Steam. They should just fix it.
when makeing EQ2 purchases use SOE market place this will auto update to the SoE account your logged into, form that point the EQ2 launchpad started from steam will work.
