Deleted char wont go away

A few months ago i have deleted a lvl 10 character because i wanted to try some other classes, everything seemed fine until saw that he was still appearing in the launcer (in the select a char) and that he still counted toward my max n* of toons

Almost an year later, after unistalling and reinstalling the game, he is still there.

What am i supposed to do?
