Just want to admire the world and everything it has to offer. A few questions.
Hi there, I'm an RPG lover, but for strange reasons. I love the music, the sounds of spells and the environments and stuff like that. I have played MMO's to a "hardcore" extent before, but now I just enjoy seeing new worlds and exploring all they have to offer.

For the best possible (aesthetic) experience, what zone should I start in and what class should I play that can really level up fast?

Any quick tips or links to a good leveling path/class would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

leveling path is impossible, this game is overloaded with content, its impossible to see even half of it when leveling up.

I like the flair of the old zones like Commonlands, Thundering steppes.
I also advise you to look into heritage quests, which are long special quest chains with a story and a special reward.
With a mercenary you can also solo a lot of the sungeons like stormhold, fallen gate etc, another staple of this game.

there is also a "golden path" (google it), that has the most "modern" approach to mmo leveling, it will feed you appropriate quests and gear upgrades.
And make sure to check out the wonder that is Everfrost and Lavastorm

Also, if you want to explore the game slowly, just adjust your XP to AA (alternate advancement) instead of regular. And use the wiki.

Yeah, I found that bouncing XP - AA around while 'leveling' helps you have more time to do whatever you like.

I know this is a old discussion but there are many ways to do what you are looking for. You can lock your xp/aa bar until you are ready to move forward, you can chrono down to lower levels and return to any content you like, and there are level locked guilds on AB that only progress together when they are ready.
