1. can the game be played offline?
2. If so, can anything be unlocked offline or atleast in single player?
3. Is there a skirmish mode vs cpu?
4. Any playstation release date? Really want this on my vita and can't find any solid news on this

1. No.
2. You can get anything and everything without playing PvP (and I am immensely grateful).
3. "Skirmish" is a random deck that is currently successful in PvP, played by a bot, so yes.
4. No news of any sort, as far as I know, and I've been checking frequently.
