Game to be shut down march 28th 2014

If anyone is wondering where this game went - it can't be found on Steam anymore - it is because it will be discontinued in a few months. No specific reason is given for the imminent demise, but I am pretty sure it just was not popular enough.

It had a huge following initially but that support dwindled as Sony abandoned any development right after the initial release. I'm amazed anyone still plays at all.

Take a lesson about SOE from this folks.... this is how they are with games they run.

I feel bad for anyone who invested cash and time into building up decks. (what a waste)

Sorry to see this game neglected and now cancelled, the card version (duels of the planeswalkers) of MGT is not the same and this game was a fun way to play Magic online.

Wow, I dropped around 10$ American to help support the game, and primairly suppliment my Decks. Too many good memories, and this game Had great potential for further development. Something like a two headed Giant with 4 planeswalkers could have been fun. What a drag to see it go, and without so much as a 'Thank You for your Support' for anyone who paid real money in the game.
