EDIT: T2 has same story as D2, chapter 1 - forest like area, chapter 2 - desert, chapter 3 - swamp like area - just like in D2. Sounds are same as in D2 and some monsters are exactly the same only the name is changed. Hero of the first game is the bad guy in the 2nd game like in Diablo series. Dark Alchemist - Dark Wanderer. The originality is basically 0 in T2, but it is a great game nonetheless so if you arldy own D2 then this is a must buy. But if you havent played D2 yet then better get D2 rather than this.
For 20 bucks you can have much much fun. BUY IT
No bust seriously this game is definitely worth the 20 bucks and thats just playin it vanilla. When mods come out this game is going to be worth getting. Blows ever other iso 3D game like this out of the water. Well maybe not every (their was that one other indie game) but you get my point.
