Torchlight 2 patch
After the patch 1.21.5.1 was applied game no longer worked error says that a file is wrong.....
Changed locale file to unicode fixed that error.......

The patch really didn't fix much either, It did stop some of the crash issues like the zoning stuff, but the desync still persists.

Atleast its playable on win 8 without to much fuss......
