I would recommend to contact support directly, you will need to register your software through the option in the Help Menu and then you can raise a ticket at the support site. You can then send us a small clip to test with.
crashing, no audio , laggy exported videos, huge export times...
Crappy customer support...
A waste of my money.
Sure hope steam removes this software from their store, to avoid other people wasting their money.
Magix, yeh they can vanish your money in a instant... now that's magic...x
I already asked steam for a refund, but stated in ...ehh section 3 i believe, they can't do that for software...
so basicly figure it out with the 3rd party....being magix...
so.. conclusion.... Money wasted...
No more magix software ever again...
Then be better than your competitors and don't charge for support for a product people have already paid for. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.
I was about to buy the product because I do a LOT of video game footage editing, but if I have to pay you to help me with a product I've already paid for, then you can forget it. If you want your software to do well on steam you'll lose that policy real fast because it won't float here.
