No audio on imported videos
Whenever I import a video (avi, mt2s) that I recorded that has audio in the video, Movie Edit Pro 2013 Plus will not play the audio. I have checked the options about importing audio with video, and I have tried to split the audio from the video using the batch conversion into a wav file and it still won't play the audio. Am I missing something here?

Do you know exactly what audio format is in the clips?

I would recommend to contact support directly, you will need to register your software through the option in the Help Menu and then you can raise a ticket at the support site. You can then send us a small clip to test with.

I found a work around, and I won't be contacting support. If I realized that I would have to pay for support. I would have never bought this program at all.

Omg, this software is a POS...
crashing, no audio , laggy exported videos, huge export times...
Crappy customer support...

A waste of my money.
Sure hope steam removes this software from their store, to avoid other people wasting their money.

Magix, yeh they can vanish your money in a instant... now that's magic...x

To bad to hear that, expect more weird things to come...

I already asked steam for a refund, but stated in ...ehh section 3 i believe, they can't do that for software...
so basicly figure it out with the 3rd party....being magix...

so.. conclusion.... Money wasted...
No more magix software ever again...

Unfortunately I have to agree. This is too bad too. It looks like this software has a nice interface, but with the companies lack of support, that just ruins it.

There is no cost for email support, the pay for support is for telephone only. Unfortunately this is the case with nearly all of our competitors in this field. Email support can be used for free from the support website.

Then be better than your competitors and don't charge for support for a product people have already paid for. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.

I was about to buy the product because I do a LOT of video game footage editing, but if I have to pay you to help me with a product I've already paid for, then you can forget it. If you want your software to do well on steam you'll lose that policy real fast because it won't float here.
