The globe is rotating you are simply under the impression that it is not because the view is geosynchronous over your base. If you pay attention to the background you'll notice that the entire galaxy is rotating.

No, no no no.. I mean... LOL... I mean, to be able to rotate the globe myself, manually.. as in, with my pointer.. the one I control with my mouse.

I don't think I was ever able to do that. What do you mean by before and after? Are they the same playthrough?

In the first video, I'm rotating my globe, click and drag on it...
In the second video, several hours into the game, I'm no longer able to do it.. and I can't place my finger on why....

Anyone?

I have this same issue. I'll also post before/after screenshots. Did it happen right after you launched full satellite coverage on a continent? That's when I think it happened for me. I'll do a quick start runthrough to see.

You should be able to rotate the Geoscape by holding the mouse button down (I believe left mouse) and scrolling right/left. Right now it's permanently zoomed into Africa. Which is not where my base is located. Also, the Geoscape is supposed to track when you are shooting down ufos. Mine only tracks when I'm launching a mission.

The same wtf...
in my case it happens after I've launched 2 jet-fighters and 2-nd of them successfully grilled the UFO.

It happened after launching two jets.

Perhaps that's it. In my new runthrough I haven't launched two interceptors at a UFO yet. When I get the chance to I will do that.

Currently, the Geoscape rotates under my control.

I know I could rotate globe without troubles with mouse but I know I had troubles with rotating it I think it was also after launching satelites....

I'm getting this issue as well. I think it is likely the two interceptors at once problem - that seems to be what started it for me as well. Now it's stuck over my base in US (which is basically where my camera was when I sent out the second interceptor). Seems like a relatively fixable bug...
