(Update 1.5) XCOM- Enemy Within... Does it work and where do you live?

Doen't work for me (main screen is Enemy Unknown still) and I live in California, USA. What about you guys?

PS: My game was a Steam Gift. At one point I did have couple of mods on the game. Just trying to get an idea of where the issues are. It seems like this issue is random.

Running Steam with Admin & Re-installing didn't help.

They really need a download button.

Update- Did a verify this morning and now I am DLing 7.1 gig. Hopefully it works.

Update 1.5- After completeing the download it works! I hope this will help the rest of you as well.

Nothing but glitches, bugs, and frame drops. Its an unplayable,and unwatchable mess, even went on all low settings to see if that would work (Unknown ran on high) its still not playable.

Download went smoothly. Fired up the game with lots of options and it crashed. Tried again with no options, easy and all tutorials, loaded fine and played with no problems for entire tutorials. Saved game. Exited to main menu.

Started new normal game, no tutorials, all second wave options, played 2 missions, saved, logged out, reloaded, works fine.

I am an American living in Okinawa Japan. Steam says I can play it if I go to the Enemey Within Page but when I click play it just starts Enemy Unkown. I have recieved no downloads.
