Need help: "Magicus Tower"

I have reached the main chamber where the boss resides (I think he might be Magicus, not sure). I have destroyed the chains and nothing seems to happen. The dwarf warriors don't attack the boss and I can't reach the yellow mage. Any help would be much appreciated! :)

Just a glitch probably, just save and exit and come back. If that doesn't work than you'll have to restart the level.
