Maybe at first some People got lucky but now everything you get is a Message like this:
"We are aware of the issue some users are experiencing when attempting to register CD keys (retail, GFWL, etc) and are investigating this issue further. We thank you for your patience."
Sweet, thanks guys, I'll be sure to do that as soon as I can... What's the E-mail I am supposed to send it to?
i exactly did that, told them i could send them a photo of my key.
but nope.
Perhaps it takes a while for them to write an E-mail to ask for your key. It probably would've been better if you just included the photo/key anyway.
Well bollocks, I don't think I have the receipt for it. And as I've stated in my first post most of the stuff I got from where I (and by "I" I mean my dad) got it is custom made. Just the CD that is official.
I have the retail copy. If I had the digital one I wouldn't have made this post.
1. Photo/scan of the receipt for the game
2. Photo of the physical disc/box accompanied by your email address written on a piece of paper in the photo
3. Photo/scan of the back of the game manual with the code clearly displayed
4. The activation serial key typed into the text body of the request
I don't have the receipt- nor the manual. So I wonder if I could get away with just having the disks and my E-mail written next to it.
What text body of the request?
On a website or some text field?
Or do you mean like on a pice of paper or something?
I jst got this mail from them:
"In order for us to investigate further your specific issue, we need to view an image of your game code and purchase receipt. If you are not able to provide proof of purchase, can you tell us in which country you bought the game and if it was a physical disc or digital download?
If it was a digital download please try and provide a copy of your e-mail purchase confirmation.
Once we have this information we will seek to get this resolved for you as soon as possible."
