How do you get new keys from WB?
I know we have to send them an E-mail to get the steam keys, but what exactly does the E-mail have to contain?
I'm asking because the companies I bought the games from ( "gameS" and "computer land" ) gave me the game in a custom box, without the manual and the key on a label (both keys worked fine BTW) but I'm pretty sure the CD was the official one though.

So tell me, can I get the new steam keys from WB with this information? And could someone give me the E-mail adress? Thanks in advance.

I tried it, you didnt get a new Key from WBG.
Maybe at first some People got lucky but now everything you get is a Message like this:
"We are aware of the issue some users are experiencing when attempting to register CD keys (retail, GFWL, etc) and are investigating this issue further. We thank you for your patience."

So basically all I need to do is add my key to the E-mail and I get the new steam key?
Sweet, thanks guys, I'll be sure to do that as soon as I can... What's the E-mail I am supposed to send it to?

Perhaps it takes a while for them to write an E-mail to ask for your key. It probably would've been better if you just included the photo/key anyway.

Nope, the answer from WB was the text i wrote in my first post.

Well, I guess some people will just have to wait untill they get things sorted out.

It just takes a bit of time, maybe they have to confirm some things first. I just described the problem in my first e-mail and attached a lot of pictures proving everything (box, manual, discs, CD keys, receipt - I did not have one for AA still a I received a key). They got back to me the following day and sent me two Stram keys for AA and AC.

The Steam version doesnt require a key as it uses steamworks, its a glitch but the solution is when you have downloaded and installed the game. Exit Steam and Restart steam and you should be able to play the game

Well ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I don't think I have the receipt for it. And as I've stated in my first post most of the stuff I got from where I (and by "I" I mean my dad) got it is custom made. Just the CD that is official.

I have the retail copy. If I had the digital one I wouldn't have made this post.

I just got an E-mail from WB saying what info you need to have in order to get a new Key.

1. Photo/scan of the receipt for the game
2. Photo of the physical disc/box accompanied by your email address written on a piece of paper in the photo
3. Photo/scan of the back of the game manual with the code clearly displayed
4. The activation serial key typed into the text body of the request

I don't have the receipt- nor the manual. So I wonder if I could get away with just having the disks and my E-mail written next to it.

"4. The activation serial key typed into the text body of the request"

What text body of the request?
Professor Evil-Bad-Pain Giver Oct 25, 2013 @ 7:08am
I means you have to type out your key.

On a website or some text field?

Or do you mean like on a pice of paper or something?

I jst got this mail from them:

"In order for us to investigate further your specific issue, we need to view an image of your game code and purchase receipt. If you are not able to provide proof of purchase, can you tell us in which country you bought the game and if it was a physical disc or digital download?
If it was a digital download please try and provide a copy of your e-mail purchase confirmation.
Once we have this information we will seek to get this resolved for you as soon as possible."
