.NET framework and game not launching posssible fix

If you already had the non-GOTY edition of the game and you're finding that you get a crash when launching the GOTY version or when trying to launch the BmLauncher.exe, which gives you a .NET Framework error, I found that deleting the WB Games folder out of the My Documents directory allowed the game and the launcher to function properly.
