Help Please cant get the game to run

I'm having issues installing the game I click on play in steam and it looks like it will work but then it gives me a windows Installer error "Windows installer KB893803-V2-X86.EXE" with the ord.exe file erroring out. I really want to play this game can anyone help . I'm running win xp home sp3 with 2 gigs of ram
