cant buy gold.. help plz!! Q.Q

ok, so something happend to my pc and i had to reinstall windows, so most of my stuff is gone now :( but i wanted to play some rotmg, and i see an awesome new pack! i instantly add $50 to my steam wallet, and try to buy the gold.. but the game freezes and i still got my money!!! there arent that many games that work for my pc, so i dont really intend on spending this untill i get a new pc, but still.. i want that pack before its gone!!!

This has happened to me too, its not the game or you, its your pc. I switched pc's and it worked perfect for me for now on. There is no way to fix it unless you just use someone elses to get the pack.

If the pack disappears before this is resolved, send an email to support and tell them why you missed the package. I can't guarantee it, but they will probably do what they can to make it right for you. You will still need to add the gold to your account yourself.

my friend had the same problem, then his pc had a huge virus, he reinstalled windows, and it started working again

also, it only doesnt work with rotmg, it works with gmod, tf2, and alot of my other non-steam games, pressing shft and tab.

have you bought gold before? has overlay ever worked on rotmg? have you tried allowing it through your firewall?

yes, i used it for steam chat and web browsing before, the community worked fine, and yes, i have purchased 500 gold before so i could get a couple candy keys.... never got that armor :(

i have no idea. but if its just rotmg then its probably something to do with rotmg on ur steam
