That guide is based on the opinions of the individuals that update it. RealmEye is showing you actual offers to buy and sell those items. True supply and demand.

Yeah that's fine, except from all my hours playing this game; the guide I linked has always been accurate. The only thing fluctuating quickly seems to be the UB rings, and the guide states that.

Price guide link also has everything on one page and would be 1000 times easier for someone with such little trading/value experience to use.
