Artifacts flickering during the game

during the game, i get some annonying artifacts as you can see in my screenshots:

they appear on the worms, water, in particle and even in the environment when zooming out.
My drivers should be all up to date, i checked it.

And the game don't force Vysnc in the option so my image appears choppy when moving with the camera.

some more: on my laptop the game says the graphiccard (geforce 310M) is outdatet and the Menu/Game appears black.

Did you find a solution for your problem? I have bought and installed the game yesterday and got exactly the same problem with a similar computer.

If you're experiencing issues with the game then please contact our support team following the steps below. Thank you

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
3. Click OK
4. Click Save All Information
5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
7. Attach the DXdiag.txt file in an email to [e-mail]

that is a graphics driver issue..... either update to the latest version, or roll back to a previous version. This only happens with the Radeon graphics cards.

I dont use the latest driver, I just stick with what works for me, which happens to be the 12.8, haven't found a single game that driver doesn't work for yet. AMD are notorious for badly written driver support but do what beth suggested, because you aren't running a very good graphics card (no offense) and might be something to do with having proper ATI 3800 support. Friend of mine had same issues with his ATI 3400, and I had same issues with mine untill I went to my current driver. I still get flickering with shadows though

I now also tried 12.8, but it didn't work either. Well, let's see what the support team will write me.
Yes, my graphics card is not really the best any more, 5 year-old notebook. Thinking about getting a new one anyways, but it's so expensive XD

I got the same problem with the Ati HD 3650 AGP, which is a great G-Card for over 200 games i installed, and no one has made any problem. So it is an team 17 game graphic problem. (that´s why its for 3,50€ on summer sale....)
