This Game is Very English

I was surprised to discover how much work went into the localization of Puzzler World. This game, Puzzler World 2, is quizzing me on local department stores and geography. I still love it, I might learn something.

I get very frustrated by that.

It's not a localization. It's a British game for a British audience, and I'm spending hint tokens to learn Britishisms. :P

Actually, when you start it up the first time, I seem to recall that it offers you a choice between US English and British English -- the six flags it allows you to choose between for localization when you create a new identity include a Union Jack and the Stars and Stripes. As a Canadian, I chose to speak British, and I'm enjoying it... but I already knew what ASBOs and Asda were.

Puzzler World gives you the option to choose between six differnet flags, but not Puzzler world 2

Yeah, Puzzler World 2013 doesn't have American English either. It's very annoying.

As a UK citizen I find this very refreshing as most games are Americanised, which I find annoying.
