A decent puzzle game “inspired by” Portal. The same speechless protagonist, radio instructions, concealed mentor, one room – one puzzle rule and so on. But unlike Portal where you had to coordinate just two portals in one dimension, Quantum conundrum offers you four different dimensions. And in my opinion it doesn’t make the game better. It’s not enough just to plan your further actions, you have to use 3 (or sometimes even 4) dimension with extremely precise timing or you will fail. So it’s not puzzle complexity that pisses you off, it’s necessity to play some traps over and over again. You may say it is a game for you spinal cord rather than your brain. The other weak spots are the plot and physics engine that doesn’t handle all the dimensions correctly form time to time.
But it’s still a nice game with humor (put closer attention to the pictures on walls) to amuse yourself for a couple of evenings. 7/10. Gonna check out the Talos Principle now :-)
