One of the fewest changes was actually to the Engineer, all the buildings he can spawn is just like in TF2. And what surprises me the most is that the Level 2 Sentry is still the fastest reacting Sentry in both games.
Though I will have to say that the biggest change is that the Medic is the best Sentry Killer in TFC, while it has to be either the Spy or Demoman in TF2

Dude, I played TF2 first and even though I prefer this game for it's gameplay, I still love TF2. I just mean The TF2 idiots that i see all the time on youtube hating this game for the radical changes between this and TF2.
