Pyro and spy are the most difficult. HW and engy are the easiest. I personally think the medic, soldier, and sniper are the most fun and effective classes.

Never underestimate an Engineer with a well placed level 2 sentry. But a quick thinking Scout or Medic using the nailgun can counter that.
